I work as the Hotel Operation Director at Wilderness Hotels, which means I am responsible for the operational management of all five destinations. I am also in charge of recruitment for the company, together with the hotel management teams.

What I like most about my job is the variety and the chance to meet different people. We have a multicultural working community, which is a great strength. The best thing about this job is the teamwork and the good team spirit. It's wonderful that, despite the seasonal nature of the work, there are many long-term colleagues. We have known each other for years and working together is easy and fun.
