Receptionists for winter season 2026/2027
Stay on top of the hotel’s daily flow – and step straight into nature when your shift ends.
Looking for a winter job where no two days are the same and you’re at the center of it all?
We are now looking for receptionists for the winter season 2026–2027.
Our guests arrive from around the world, and reception is where their stay begins and ends. In this role, you help ensure everything runs smoothly from arrival to departure.
What your workday looks like
Days vary, but here’s a typical rhythm:
Morning – departures and planning
Guests enjoy breakfast and check their daily activity schedules. At reception, you go through departures, arrivals, and any special arrangements.
Check-out is by 11:00, with the busiest time usually between 10:00–11:00. You’ll handle payments, departures, and talk with guests about their stay.
Midday – coordination and preparation
After check-out, there’s usually time to handle emails, booking channels, and prepare for the next arrivals.
Reception acts as the hub of the hotel:
the kitchen confirms guest numbers, the restaurant checks reservations, and housekeeping reports updates such as lost & found items.
Afternoon & evening – arrivals
Check-in starts at 15:00, and new guests arrive throughout the afternoon and evening, often via our airport transfers.
You welcome guests, guide them through their stay, and assist with any questions. The evening is a mix of new arrivals and ongoing guest service.
