We’re looking for a bartender for the upcoming winter season – someone who brings good energy, a fast and reliable work ethic, and warm, friendly service. Whether you're an experienced pro or just starting your career, what matters most is the desire to do your job well and be truly present for the customer – during both busy nights and quieter moments.

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Work in a versatile bartender role in a lively but welcoming atmosphere
• Serve both domestic and international guests
• Experience the unique magic of the Arctic winter – fells, frost, northern lights, and everything that words can’t quite capture
• Be part of a team where everyone supports each other and you can be yourself

What we expect from you:

• Previous experience in bar work or a great attitude and willingness to learn
• A cheerful, service-minded approach
• Fluent skills in Finnish and English
• A valid alcohol serving license (alcohol passport)

What we offer:

• Work starts at the end of November
• A fixed-term contract until mid-April – with the possibility of extension
• Salary starting from €2400/month + bonuses, depending on experience
