Restaurant Shift Supervisor – Wilderness Hotel Inari

We are looking for a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to join our team at Wilderness Hotel Inari. This is your opportunity to work in the heart of Lapland, surrounded by stunning nature and supported by a warm and professional team.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Solid restaurant industry experience, including table service
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• A service-minded, flexible attitude
• A valid alcohol passport (Alkoholipassi)
• Strong English skills; other languages are an advantage

Your responsibilities will include:

• Waiter/waitress duties in both à la carte and buffet settings
• Overseeing the smooth daily operation of the restaurant
• Preparing the dining room, reviewing menus with the team
• Customer service and handling daily cashouts

The job is seasonal in nature – during the busiest times, we work hard together as a team in a fast-paced but supportive atmosphere. Winter is high season with many group guests enjoying buffet meals, while summer and autumn focus more on à la carte service. The work is versatile and offers opportunities for growth across the seasons.
