We are looking for a cheerful and service-minded receptionist, who will also take on the role of shift supervisor, to join our team at Wilderness Hotel Kieppi in a permanent position. The job starts in early November 2025.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the smooth operation of the front desk during your shift. Your tasks include check-ins and check-outs, customer service on-site and by phone, handling reservations and payments, coordinating your shift, and supporting other receptionists.

We expect you to have:

• Previous experience in reception and/or shift supervisor duties
• Fluent English skills (other language skills are considered a plus)
• A proactive, customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work in shifts
