We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Wilderness Guides for the upcoming winter season 2025–2026 across all Wilderness Hotels locations:

The work begins in November 2025 and continues through the end of the winter season. Your specific role and location will be determined based on your skills, language abilities, and interests — we’re looking for the right personalities to join our team!

As a Wilderness Guide, your tasks may include:

• Snowmobile safaris
• Snowshoe and northern lights tours
• Cross-country skiing and ice fishing trips
• Customer service and ensuring safety
• Equipment maintenance and activity preparation

We require:

• A valid category B driving license (some roles may also require BE or C licenses)
• Good English skills (other languages are a plus)
• Good physical condition and ability to work in cold winter conditions
• A strong customer service attitude and initiative
• Relevant education or previous experience is considered an advantage
