We offer our guests guided winter experiences as part of their stay. Our guests get to experience the thrill of snowmobiling, northern lights tours, ice fishing, visits to reindeer farms while learning about the local culture, snowshoeing and skiing. We also tailor tours to meet the needs of our guests.

We are looking for safari guides for the winter season 24/25 for all our five destinations. The duties of the safari guide will include running all Wilderness Hotel's range of winter activities, providing and supervising safety instructions, providing nature and environmental information to our guests, and maintaining and servicing outdoor equipment and other activity equipment. The job requires fluency in English, customer service skills, a B-category driving licence and flexibility, as activities take place during the day and evening, on weekdays and weekends. Please remember to mention if you have wilderness skills, snowmobiling experience, a degree in wilderness or nature guiding, other tourism related education, previous experience in the tourism industry or photography skills, as these will be considered an advantage.

We offer you a nice team and a supportive working community. Many people return to work with us season after season. We train every new employee and make sure that every guide receives the necessary safety and first aid training. We also provide the relevant equipment. If accommodation is a concern, we offer the option of shared accommodation. The starting salary for a guide is 11,50 €/h + supplements. The final salary is determined by work experience and training. The job starts in the last week of November.
